- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt (use vegan if needed)
- 1 tablespoon of rolled oats
- 2 tsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1/3 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 scoop protein powder (use vegan if needed)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- To a high-speed blender, add the yogurt and peanut butter first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes or until completely smooth and creamy.
- Serve and drink the smoothie immediately.
