- 1 cup of cabbage (shredded)
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 cup of frozen berries (I used mixed berries)
- 1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Using a high-speed blender, add the cabbage first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 4-5 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
- If your blender is struggling to blend, add more milk.
- Pour the smoothie into your favorite smoothie cups and enjoy!
