Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of frozen berries (I used mixed berries)
  • 1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Using a high-speed blender, add the cabbage first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Blend for 4-5 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
  3. If your blender is struggling to blend, add more milk.
  4. Pour the smoothie into your favorite smoothie cups and enjoy!
