A cayenne pepper smoothie recipe for you today. Sometimes you need to spice up your life a little. And what better way to do it, than through your food.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup of frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup of dairy-free milk (I used almond)
  • 1/3 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1/2 lemon – juiced
  • 1 handful of spinach (washed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients as described.
  2. To a blender, add the spinach, peanut butter, and pepper first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve & Enjoy!
