- 1 celery rib (washed and diced)
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1 handful of kale
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (from a carton)
Instructions
- Prepare the celery and measure the rest of your ingredients.
- Set them aside.
- Wash your blender (Yes, it’s in your sink, I can see it) and add the cucumber, kale and coconut milk first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
