Whip up a healthy celery cucumber smoothie! A revitalizing blend of crisp celery, refreshing cucumber, kale, and a splash of coconut for a hydrating, nutrient-packed drink.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 celery rib (washed and diced)
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (from a carton)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the celery and measure the rest of your ingredients.
  2. Set them aside.
  3. Wash your blender (Yes, it’s in your sink, I can see it) and add the cucumber, kale and coconut milk first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Blend for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
