Equipment
- 1 Blender We used Ninja
Ingredients
- 1 rib celery washed and diced
- 1/4 English cucumber washed and diced
- 1/2 cup/75g of frozen mango
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 200 ml coconut milk
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
