Here’s an overview of the benefits of drinking this green celery smoothie:

Both of these recipes are just as nutritious as this green smoothie!

There are several changes you could make to this recipe should you want to.
All of the suggested variations have been tested by me, so they won’t disappoint you!

- Swap The Pineapple: The pineapple can be replaced with mango or even banana. Just make sure they are frozen.
- Chia Seed Boost: Boost the nutrient powder of this smoothie by adding a tablespoon of chia seeds to the recipe.
- Morning Caffeine Boost: If you prefer to drink this smoothie for breakfast, add 1/2 teaspoon of matcha for extra antioxidants and of course, caffeine!
- More Greens: Throw in fresh wheatgrass, kale, collard chard, and other greens for an even healthier green smoothie!

Oster 6640 Blender | x |
Hamilton Beach 58148A Blender | x |
AMZChef Blender 1800 W | ✓ |
Wamife Blender | ✓ |
The smoothie contains fresh celery, which needs to be blended really finely, otherwise you will have bits in your smoothie.
For that to happen, you need a high-speed blender.
I found that whilst Oster 6640 Blender, and Hamilton Beach 58148A Blender were not compatible for this recipe, they were compatible if you make more than 1 serving.
This is because the blender has a higher volume of ingredients to work with, allowing an easier blend.
For a single serving smoothie, I recommend Blendjet blender or a Nutribullet.
If you are making several servings, you can use any of the blenders from the list above.

Recipe FAQs:
Can I Use Milk Instead of Coconut Water In This Celery Smoothie?
Yes, you can use milk, even dairy-free milk as the base for this celery smoothie. Do note though, that the taste of the smoothie will be impacted.
When Is The Best Time To Drink This Celery Smoothie?
I personally love drinking this celery smoothie for breakfast, but it can be consumed any time of the day.
Can I Use Celery Juice Instead Of Whole Celery?
You can use celery juice instead of fresh celery, but using a whole celery has many more nutrients than just using the juice. The whole celery stalk contains fiber, which is stripped away during the juicing process.
