- 300 ml cold mineral water
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey (Optional)
- 2–3 slices of lime (Optional)
- 4–5 cubes of ice
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together, and chill for 1 hour or overnight.
- Stir before drinking.
- Enjoy!
Notes
Use honey only if you like to add a bit more flavour to the drink. Honey is optional.
