Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1 medium-sized banana (peeled)
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Add the chia seeds in a cup, and add 3-4 tbsp of water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. After the chia seeds have expanded, add them to the blender first with the banana, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
  4. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
