- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 cup of frozen pineapple
- 1 medium-sized banana (peeled)
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Add the chia seeds in a cup, and add 3-4 tbsp of water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- After the chia seeds have expanded, add them to the blender first with the banana, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy!
