Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen banana slices (or 1 large ripe banana)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp of oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond or oat milk (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender jug, starting with the oat milk and frozen banana slices.
  2. Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed straight away. I like to drink this smoothie before bed, or first thing in the morning.
