- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop unflavored collagen (I used Vital Protein Peptides)
- 1 handful of spinach (or kale)
- 1 cup coconut water (or regular water)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your blender jug.
- Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
