- 1 cup frozen banana slices

- 1 small apple (cored and diced)
- 4–5 slices of cucumber
- 2 dates (pitted)
- 1 handful of spinach (washed)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients as instructed.
- Add the frozen banana slices first to your blender, followed by the other ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes until a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Sip and enjoy!
