Refresh with my Cucumber Pear Smoothie! A delightful blend enhanced with ginger for a zesty kick. Enjoy this hydrating and nutrient-packed treat.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 medium pear (cored and diced)
  • 45 slices of cucumber
  • 1/2 cup water (or coconut water)
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp minced ginger root
  • 1 handful of kale (or spinach)
  • 1 tsp of honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pear as instructed. Wash the kale.
  2. Measure the other ingredients as listed and set aside.
  3. Grab a blender or a Nutribullet, and add all your ingredients in, starting with the pear first.
  4. Blend for 2-3 minutes until a smooth consistency.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

The smoothie should ideally be consumed as soon as it’s blended.
