- 1 medium pear (cored and diced)
- 4–5 slices of cucumber
- 1/2 cup water (or coconut water)
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 tsp minced ginger root
- 1 handful of kale (or spinach)
- 1 tsp of honey
Instructions
- Prepare your pear as instructed. Wash the kale.
- Measure the other ingredients as listed and set aside.
- Grab a blender or a Nutribullet, and add all your ingredients in, starting with the pear first.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes until a smooth consistency.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
The smoothie should ideally be consumed as soon as it’s blended.
