- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup of sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber and measure the rest of the ingredients. Set aside.
- Wash your blender (yes, it’s in the sink, I can see it!) and add the cucumber and coconut water first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve over ice if you like, and enjoy!
