- 1/2 cup frozen cranberries (or 3 tbsp of dried cranberries)
- 1 cup dairy-free milk
- 1/2 cup frozen berries (I used raspberries)
- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 tablespoon of honey (or maple syrup if vegan)
- 1/2 cup of yogurt for protein (optional)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender or a Nutribullet starting with the frozen fruit first.
- Follow with the rest of the listed ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed to your liking.
- Serve and enjoy!

The smoothie is best consumed as soon as it’s blended.
