Ingredients

  • 1 cup rewed cooled green tea (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1/2 kiwi peeled and diced

Instructions

  1. Brew the green tea and let it cool completely.
  2. Prepare and measure the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the frozen pineapple slices. Follow with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Blend until smooth. For about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed straight away. However, you can take it with you on the go too and drink it.
