- 1 kiwi
- 1 orange (peeeld and segmented)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp manuka honey (or regular honey)
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup of ice
Instructions
- If using organic kiwi, leave the skin on. Slice the kiwi in quarters.
- Prepare the orange as listed, and measure the rest of your ingredients.
- Add the kiwi and orange first to a blender or a Nutribullet, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
- *You can serve it over ice, for extra freshness!
