- 1 cup brewed green tea and cooled (unsweetened)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 grapefruit (peeled)
- 1 tbsp almond butter (unsweetened)
- 1 handful of spinach (washed)
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
Instructions
- Brew the green tea in 1 cup of water, and let it cool completely.
- Remove the seeds and the white skin from the grapefruit. The more white skin you can remove, the less bitter your smoothie will be.
- Add all your ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Blitz until smooth. For about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!

Best consumed straight away, however, you can take it on the go too.
