- 1 cup/30g of spinach (washed)
- 1/4 avocado (flesh scooped out)
- 1 medium-sized green apple (diced)
- 1/3 cup/30g sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup/120ml cold water
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger root
- 1 small handful of celery (diced)
Instructions
- Wash the fresh veggies and prepare them as described above.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth,
- Serve and enjoy.
Notes
The smoothie is best consumed as soon as it is blended.
