Ingredients

  • 1 cup/30g of spinach (washed)
  • 1/4 avocado (flesh scooped out)
  • 1 medium-sized green apple (diced)
  • 1/3 cup/30g sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup/120ml cold water
  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 small handful of celery (diced)

Instructions

  1. Wash the fresh veggies and prepare them as described above.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth,
  4. Serve and enjoy.
