Refreshing jackfruit smoothie packed with nutrients: creamy avocado, sweet banana, tangy lime, and spinach. A vegan delight for a wholesome energy boost!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 0.66 cup/100g of canned jackfruit in water (drained)
  • 1/4 avocado pitted and peeled
  • 1/3 cup/45g frozen banana slices
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 cup/230ml of dairy-free milk (I used almond)

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the jackfruit if using from a can. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blitz until smooth.
  2. I blended my smoothie for 4 minutes roughly, which provided me with a smooth and creamy smoothie.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Best consumed straight away.
