Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 heaped cup of cooked beans (I used canned)
  • 1 tablespoon of nut butter (I used almond)
  • 1 cup of frozen banana slices
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the beans if using from a can.
  2. Add them to a blender first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Depending on the power of your blender.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
