- 1 cup of freshly diced dragon fruit. (Scroll down to learn how to prepare it)
- 1 cup of frozen raspberries
- 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup thick unsweetened yogurt
- 1–3 tablespoons of dairy-free milk for blending
Instructions
- Using a food processor or a high-speed blender, add the yogurt and fresh dragon fruit first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes or until completely smooth. Monitor the blending, you may need to add a touch more liquid to help the blending.
- Dollop the blended smoothie onto your favorite bowl, and add your toppings!
- Now dig in!
