Ingredients

  • 6 dried figs
  • 1 tbsp of flaxseeds (or oats)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup of oat milk (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Remove the stems from the figs.
  2. Soak the figs in the oat milk for 5 minutes. (This step is only needed if the figs are really hard and need softening)
  3. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  4. It should take 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

I recommend that you drink this smoothie on an empty stomach for the best results.
