- 6 dried figs
- 1 tbsp of flaxseeds (or oats)
- 1 tbsp almond butter (unsweetened)
- 1 cup of oat milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Remove the stems from the figs.
- Soak the figs in the oat milk for 5 minutes. (This step is only needed if the figs are really hard and need softening)
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- It should take 2-3 minutes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
I recommend that you drink this smoothie on an empty stomach for the best results.
