Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup of dairy-free milk
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add your ingredients to a food processor, or a high-speed blender, such as a Vitamix, or a Nutribullet 600.
  2. Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth, thick and creamy consistency.
  3. Dollop the thick smoothie onto your favorite bowl, and add your desired toppings.
  4. Enjoy!
