- 1 cup of frozen blackberries
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1/2 cup of dairy-free milk
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
Instructions
- Add your ingredients to a food processor, or a high-speed blender, such as a Vitamix, or a Nutribullet 600.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth, thick and creamy consistency.
- Dollop the thick smoothie onto your favorite bowl, and add your desired toppings.
- Enjoy!
