Ingredients

  • 2 kiwis (peeled and diced)
  • 3 tbsp of vegan yogurt – unsweetend
  • 45 leaves of fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the kiwis. Add all the ingedient to a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir it all back in.
