- 2 kiwis (peeled and diced)
- 3 tbsp of vegan yogurt – unsweetend
- 4–5 leaves of fresh mint
- 1/2 cup of water
Instructions
- Prepare the kiwis. Add all the ingedient to a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir it all back in.
