- 1 large pear (washed, diced and cored)
- 1 tbsp of raw honey
- 1 tbsp almond butter (unsweetened )
- 1 tbsp of flaxseeds (or chia seeds)
- 1 cup/240ml oat milk (unsweetened )
Instructions
- Wash, trim, core and dice the pear. DO NOT peel it, as most of the fibre is in the skin.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz everything until smooth!
- Blending should take between 2-4 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, drink this smoothie twice a day; once in the morning, and once before bed.
