Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted sweet potato (without the skin)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Instructions

  1. The sweet potatoes are peeled, diced, and steamed/boiled until soft.
  2. Once the sweet potatoes are cooked, all the ingredients are added to a high-speed blender and blitzed until smooth.
  3. Pour onto your favorite smoothie bowls and top with your desired toppings.
