- 1 cup roasted sweet potato (without the skin)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
Instructions
- The sweet potatoes are peeled, diced, and steamed/boiled until soft.
- Once the sweet potatoes are cooked, all the ingredients are added to a high-speed blender and blitzed until smooth.
- Pour onto your favorite smoothie bowls and top with your desired toppings.
