- 1/2 cup fennel slices
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1 handful of spinach (washed)
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your blender jug starting with the frozen fruit first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
The smoothie is best consumed immediately after blending.
