- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 small-to-medium-sized ripe banana (peeled)
- 1 tbsp almond butter (unsweetened)
- 1 handful of spinach (washed)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used vegan)
Instructions
- To a blender, add the spinach and banana first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes, depending on the power of your blender. You want a thick and smooth consistency.
- Taste and adjust the thickness and sweetness as you go.
- Pour into a glass cup and enjoy!
