Delicious thick broccoli smoothie perfect for weight loss!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1 handful of spinach (washed)
  • 1 banana (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 250 ml unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender jug.
  2. Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
