- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (or nut butter)
- 1 scoop unsweetened protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder (optional)
Instructions
- To a blender, add the yogurt and chia seeds first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the blended smoothie into a cup, and enjoy!
