Kale Weight Loss Smoothie is made using a handful of healthy ingredients. It’s delicious, low-calorie, detoxing, and full of nutrients. There is nothing better than a delicious healthy green smoothie.

Units Scale
  • 2 cups of fresh kale (washed)
  • 1/2 large avocado
  • 4 soft pitted dates (or 1/2 cup frozen berries)
  • 1/2 lime/lemon juice only (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp of freshly minced ginger
  • 1 cup of cold water (or coconut water)


  1. The kale is washed, then all the ingredients are added to a blender. Blitz until smooth. No more than 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add ice to your serving glass if you like, and pour the smoothie over.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
