- 2 cups of fresh kale (washed)
- 1/2 large avocado
- 4 soft pitted dates (or 1/2 cup frozen berries)
- 1/2 lime/lemon juice only (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tbsp of freshly minced ginger
- 1 cup of cold water (or coconut water)
Instructions
- The kale is washed, then all the ingredients are added to a blender. Blitz until smooth. No more than 2-3 minutes.
- Add ice to your serving glass if you like, and pour the smoothie over.
- Serve and enjoy!
