- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Instructions
- Measure your ingredients as listed and set aside.
- Using a Nutribullet or a blender, add the frozen pineapple and spinach first.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to your blender.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
- Serve and enjoy!
