- 2 small peaches (pitted)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 small orange (peeled and seeds removed)
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Peel the orange and remove the seeds.
- Add the orange and peaches first to your blender, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
