Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. To a high-speed blender, add the yogurt and oats first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth. For about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour into a glass cup with ice if you like, and drink it!
