- 1 cup of frozen pineapple (chunks)
- 1 tsp minced ginger (freshly minced)
- 1/3 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut water
Instructions
- To a high-speed blender, add the cucumber and coconut water first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with ice if you like. Enjoy!
