Healthy Ginger Pineapple Smoothie
Equipment
- 1 Blender We used this one
Ingredients
- 1/2cup/75g of pineapple chunks
- 1 tsp minced ginger freshly minced
- 1/4 cucumber sliced
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 200 ml coconut water
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- About 3-4 minutes.
- Serve with ice if you like. Enjoy!
