You will need:

- Frozen Mango

To make this mango pineapple coconut milk smoothie, all you need to do is, add all of your ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
For about 2-3 minutes. If your blender isn’t powerful, then you may need to blend for longer.
Great Substitutions You Can Use
We have some tasty substitutions for you, just in case you might be interested in using alternative ingredients.
- For an even thicker version of this fat burning smoothie, you can use frozen pineapple alongside frozen mango, instead of fresh pineapple.
- If you are vegan, you can substitute Greek yogurt for vegan yogurt, and also, make sure you use vegan protein powder too.

Mango And Pineapple Smoothie For Weight Loss

- 1 Blender We used this one
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup/75g fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup/150g frozen mango chunks
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt unsweetened
- 1 scoop protein powder unsweetened
- 150 ml coconut milk from a carton unsweetened
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Add all your ingredients to into a high-speed blender.
- Blitz until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
