Easy Green Apple Ginger Smoothie
Equipment
- 1 Blender We used Ninja
Ingredients
- 1 green apple washed and cored
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger minced
- 1/2 lemon juiced fresh
- 1 handful of spinach washed
- 3-4 mint leaves washed
- 1/2 cup/75g frozen pineapple chunks
- 200 ml almond milk
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
