- 1 green apple (washed and cored)
- 1 fresh ginger (minced)
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1 handful of spinach (washed)
- 3–4 fresh mint leaves (washed)
- 1 frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup almond milk (Unsweetened)
Instructions
- To a blender, add the apple and spinach first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.
- Pour into a glass cup with ice if you like, and enjoy!
