- 1 cup/150g fresh or frozen seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup/75g frozen banana slices (or frozen mango or pineapple)
- 1/2 cup/120g Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (or 2 tbsp oats)
- 1 cup/230ml low fat coconut milk from a carton (or almond milk)
Instructions
- Prepare and measure the ingredients as listed.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the frozen banana. Blitz until smooth. For about 4-5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Best consumed straight away, however, you can take it with you and drink it on the go!
