I had the good time of going to a farm recently and picking my own grapes.

As you can imagine, I have an abundance of grapes I need to use, which is why I started making different grape smoothie recipes this week.

Today, I made a weight loss grape smoothie that is really easy to make and really healthy.

So, make sure you buys seedless grapes!

Apart from the seedless grapes, here are the ingredients you will need to make this green grape smoothie with yogurt:

  • Frozen Banana
  • Seedless grapes
  • Chia Seeds
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Coconut Milk

Once the ingredients are assembled, to make this banana grape smoothie – add all your ingredients to a high-speed blender, starting with the frozen banana.

Blend for 4-5 minutes until smooth. Serve and enjoy!

I love drinking this smoothie in the afternoon, which helps me regain energy and avoid eating highly processed snacks with added sugars.

Recipe Variations And Substitutions You Can Make

There are some optional changes you can make to this smoothie that will allow you to customize it to your liking more.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup/150g fresh or frozen seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup/75g frozen banana slices (or frozen mango or pineapple)
  • 1/2 cup/120g Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (or 2 tbsp oats)
  • 1 cup/230ml low fat coconut milk from a carton (or almond milk)

Instructions

  1. Prepare and measure the ingredients as listed.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the frozen banana. Blitz until smooth. For about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed straight away, however, you can take it with you and drink it on the go!
