- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of low fat milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1 small scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp of honey
Instructions
- Measure the ingredients as listed, and set aside.
- To a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, add the frozen berries and yogurt first, followed by the rest of the prepared ingredients.
- Start by blending at a low speed for 30 seconds, gradually increasing it.
- The blending should take about 2-3 minutes until you reach a smooth consistency.
- Serve the smoothie and enjoy!
Notes
The smoothie is ideally best consumed as soon as it’s blended, since it contains frozen fruit.
