A delicious good-for-you kale apple smoothie recipe, that can aid weight loss and it will also assist the detoxification process of your body.

Units Scale
  • 1 handful of kale (washed)
  • 1 apple (cored and diced)
  • 1/4 tsp minced ginger root
  • 1/2 cup/75g of frozen bananas
  • 200 ml coconut water


  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender jug.
  2. Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
