- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 scoops collagen peptides powder – unflavoured (I highly recommend using this one)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 2 Medjool dates pitted (optional)
Instructions
- Remove the pits from the dates if using.
- Soak the chia seeds in the water for 5 minutes.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender, starting with the frozen berries.
- Blend until completely smooth. For about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
