- 1 ripe mashed banana (medium-sized)
- 1/2 avocado (peeled and pitted)
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/2 cup fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, whatever you like)
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a deep measuring jug or the blender jar.
- Place the hand blender inside the jar.
- Whizz for 3-4 minutes, or until completely smooth. Taste as you go and adjust the sweetness, and thickness if needed.
- Cover the jug around the blender with a kitchen towel if the blending process causes too much ‘spitting‘ across the room.
- Once it’s blended up nicely, serve and enjoy!
