Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 small streamed beetroot (unflavored & unsweetened)
  • 3 tbsp of shelled hemp seeds (or 1 scoop of protein powder)
  • 1 cup of low-fat milk (use dairy-free if needed)
  • 1 tbsp smooth nut butter of choice (I used peanut butter)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients as listed.
  2. To a high-speed blender, add the beet and hemp seeds followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour into your favorite glass cup and sip!
