- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 small streamed beetroot (unflavored & unsweetened)
- 3 tbsp of shelled hemp seeds (or 1 scoop of protein powder)
- 1 cup of low-fat milk (use dairy-free if needed)
- 1 tbsp smooth nut butter of choice (I used peanut butter)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients as listed.
- To a high-speed blender, add the beet and hemp seeds followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour into your favorite glass cup and sip!
