Ingredients

  • 1 cup/150g of frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (unsweetened)
  • 12 scoops of protein powder depending on serving size (unsweetened)
  • 150 ml of almond milk (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. For about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
