Ingredients

  • 1 cup/150g frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp fat-free yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 100 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup/75g of frozen strawberries

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor, and blitz until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
