- 1 cup/150g frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp fat-free yogurt (unsweetened)
- 100 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup/75g of frozen strawberries
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor, and blitz until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
