- 1 cup/90g of steel-cut oats
- 1 1/2 cups/320ml of water
- 4–5 dates (pitted)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a jar or a container, and put it in the fridge overnight.
- The next morning, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes, until you reach a smooth consistency.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Best consumed straight away after blending, but you can also take it with you and drink it on the go!
