- 1 cup of frozen banana slices
- 1/2 cup dairy free milk
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tbsp of chocolate chips
- 1 tsp of coconut flour
- 2 tbsp of coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor or a powerful blender.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes until you reach a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Add the blended mix into your smoothie bowl, and add your desired toppings.
- Enjoy!
Notes
I do recommend using a food processor if you don’t have a good-quality blender. It’s much easier to make smoothie bowls with a food processor.
